AND ALSO ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND situated as aforesaid, containing Forty-nino Acres and Thirty-two Perches, be thje Bame a little more or less, being part of the Section'numbered 486 -on the . plan of the said Grey District and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 28, Folio 90. The above property will be offered for fale on behalf of the Mortgagee in exercise of the powers of sale conferred oil the Mortgagee by a certain Memorandum of Mortgage registered in the Land Transfer Office as Number 15,908. The sale is under the conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth pursuant to the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1908."
