NOTICE OF POLMXCi-DAY. X pursuance of the Legislature Act, 1-DOS. and its Amendments, I, Frank Bird, Junior, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of STRATFORD, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the 21st day of November, 1011, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as member for the said district; and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will he noon on the 27th day of November, 1911; and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said district on (he 7th day of December, 1!)11. .
