The manager, in reply, said there had neveT been such care taken in selecting I a team, which was particularly well balanced. If they played more slowly than pleased the people, he hoped they would bear with them, knowing the trememdous responsibility of supporting the honor of old England. Warner, who has been indisposed since the Adelaide match, does not play tomorrow.
