THE CANADIAN NAVY.
SUPERSEDING THE PRESENT POLICY. By Cable—Prea* Association—Copyright Ottawa, November 22. It is announced that close consultation will be held with the British Admiralty for the development of a scheme of Canadian defence.
Mr. Borden averts that the present policy is merely a political makeshift, is wasteful, and will only provide a navy which would be obsolete when completed.
