DUNEDIN SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Wednesday 22. In the case Nicolson v. the Scandinavian Water Race Company, a claim for £2OOO for alleged malicious prosecution, the judge, on the third dav's hearing, withdrew the case from the jury, allowing the company costs on the' highest scale.
