BOARD APPOINTED. By Cable— Press Association— Copyright. Received 16, 8.46 p.m. Sydney, November lf>. The constitution of a board to deal v th the wharf laborers' troubles is completed. At the request of both sides, ■Judge Scholes, President of the Industrial Court, has agreed to act as chairman, foregoing a portion of his vacation, on condition that the men resume under the agreement existing before the trouble Representative men agreed to put the matter before the proper authorities, and were sure they would do the best possible to fulfil the conditions. WHARF WORKERS RESUME. Received 16, 9.30 p.m. Sydney, November 16. The wharf laborers have resumed on the Adelaide Company's wharf, and all the others are proceeding steadily.
