CURBING UNIONISM. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Berlin. November 14. In the Reichstag, llerr Breitenbach. chief of the Department of Imperial Railways, answering Socialists' interpellations with regard to the dismissal of raihvaymcn on the ground of trade union activity, stated that unions of railwaymcn would not he tolerated if they furthered socialist propaganda or regarded the strike as a legitimate means of attaining economic or other aims.
