Pegasus and Prometheus have departed for China. DR. PEACOCK TO DIE. Received IG, 1 a.m. Melbourne. November 15. The Full Court dismissed the points raised, and confirmed the conviction of Dr. Peacock for the murder of Miss Da vies. The decision was arrived at by a majority of the Full Court, Justices Hodges and Cussen favoring a new trial.
