Sir Joseph Ward will speak at Palraerston South on Thursday night, Wahnate on the 17th, Oamaru on the 18th,'and will reach Christchurch on Monday, the 20th. MR. BELLRDJGER AT OAKURA. Mr. C. E. Bellringer had a good meeting at Oakura last night, Mr. G. A. Adlam presiding. The candidate spoke for an hour and a half, defending the Government against the attacks of the Opposition, and in explaining fully the Liberal policy. At the conclusion of the address a vote of thank* to the candidate and confidence in him and the Ward administration was moved by Mr C Mace and carried without a single' dissentient. ° MR.
