THE AMERICAN TARIFF.
■ WOOD PULP AND PRINTING PAPER. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright London, November 10. Norway, Sweden and Germany are claiming the right of free admission into the United States of wood pulp and printing paper, under the terms of a clause in the Canadian Reciprocity Act passed by Congress.
