IX XELSON AND WAIUAUAPA. By Telegraph—Pres9 Association. Masterton, Thursday. A si-vere 'thunderstorm visited Masterton this afternoon, and telegraphic communimtion with outlying districts is interrupted. Nelson, Thursday. There was a severe electrical storm this morning, with heavy rain, vivid lightning, and sharp thunderclaps. Communication with Cable Bay was interrupted fur several hours.
