' SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has Issued the following weather summary and forecast:—Northerly winds, strong to gale, have prevailed everywhere, and warm ami cloudy weather has prevailed / with rain in parts. Heavy have occurred to-day about Cook Straits, -early on the southern side and later on the northern side. The barometer ■has fallen everywhere. Present Indications are for rain in all parts of the country, with elondy and inistv weather. The barometer "Srill probably fall everywhere,, fast in the north, but will rise in the south after about twenty hours.
