At the ini|llest the Coroner's verdict was (hat, death was from fracture of tin' skull, luit he was unalile (o say whether it was due lo a fall or not. So far as Mollit was concerned (he ease was one of purr misadventure. After hearing a repelilion of the evidence, accused, who pleaded not guilty and reserved his defence, was committed for trial.
