SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Hy Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following weather summary and forecast:—The barometer continues low and unsteady in the south, with strong westerly winds generally, and cloudy and unsettled weather at times, and showers in parts. Present indications are for high westerly winds generally, with hazy and changeable weather. The has a falling tendency.
