Sir Joseph Ward stated at Winton to-night that he proposed to have estaly lished shortly a new system for payment of money orders by post office, by which that department would send out money to houses of. working men, and others by letter carriers. Under this proposal, for example, a man in the country wishing to send money to his wife, would bo able, by giving directions to the post office, to have the money delivered to her direct. This system has great possibilities, and would meet a real want.
