The Telegraph's Pekin correspondent reports the Government despatches admit, that the rebels recaptured Hankow, the lire of the Hanyang and Wuchang forts being unfaceahle. The casualties !>n both sides were verv heavy. Pekin, November 7. A Shanghai telegram states that Amoy is in the hands of the revolutionaries. and the town is in a state of anarchy. The telegram adds that all towns upon the railway line from Shanghai to Chinhiang are also in the hands of the rebels. The revolutionary troops are receiving twelve taels a month, compared with the Imperials' four and a half taels. A Rangoon telegram says that the troops at Teiigyueh, on the border of Rurmah. mutinied and looted the Trea- i sury, and killed General Oliing. the Taotui, and the Taotai's women folk. Talifn, Yungchang and Yunnanfu were also captured, and all the officials 1 murdered. 1
