Broderick died at Coulburn from a gunshot wound, and his son was arrested and charged with causing his death. Hrod'erick. a previous message stated was drunk- and assaulting bis wife, when the s>nn interposed. Broderick. in bis dying ..depositions, stated bis son fired in self-defence.
