The aviator Rodgers has arrival at Tuscon, Arizona, on the last lap of the ocean-to-ocean flight. He met Fowler there, hut the latter had been making poor headway. Received 3, 11 p.m. Xew York. Xovember 3. The aviator Rodges has reached Yuma, in Arizona, crossing the mountains at an altitude of 3000 feet.
