SUMMARY AND FORECAST. 'By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Lost Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following weather summary and forecast: The barometer has fallen everywhere, with variable westerly breezes predominating. Warm fair and hazy weather has been experienced generally with showers in the northern and southernmost districts. Present indications are for a further fall in the barometer for a few hours, but a smart rise i 9 doe in the south, and a short southerly blow will probably follow. Moderate to strong westerly winds and warm and hazy weather may be expected in the meantime, but a sharp change is likely to work np within 30 hours.
