SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The 'Meteorologist has issued the following weather summary and forecast:— The winds have decreased, hacking towards the north with increased temperature, haze and cloudiness generally. The barometer has fallen everywhere. Present indications are for warm and bloudy weather and misty rain in many parts. Freshening winds are probable generally, and a falling barometer everywhere.
