IX MEXICO. By Cable Press Association—Copyright. Mexico, October 26. A new rebellion is starting in Mexico, and a large force is reported to be menacing the capital. The situation is described as of equal gravity to the anti-Diaz rising. The Federal troops are engaged in the Southern provinces, where there is much disorder, Xews of a battle is expected momentarily. Other reports indicate that a battle has already begun, with a loss of 80 lives. The rebels sacked Maltaalta.
