DILUTED MILK. Wellington, Last, Xight. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, J. B. Cooper, dairyman, was fined -10s and 111* (id posts for having more than a certain percentage of water in his milk. His defence was that the water h:nl been put in liy an employee who was under notice of dismissal.
