Owing to the large increase of milk it was decided to put'in a larger skim milk pump, also to erect a cool room at the factory. There was a good deal of discussion as to what should he paid out during the season, some favoring 1.1,1, other ](Hid, while others again favored M'/ 2 d. It was finally agreed that the. director should pay out not less than U)%d, with power to increase the price at any time they think proper. The two retiring directors (Messrs. T. Rowe and J. Copostuke) were re-elected unopposed. Mr. Rowe, who has been chairman of the company for the past thirteen years, ever since the companv was f0r,,,,,!, was voted a bonus of £lO Mr. L. I. "Mills was elected auditor for the ensuing year. The suppliers WC re highly satisfied with the splendid price received for their •ntput, and the flattering remarks of the previous purchasers of their output
