FIRES AT CONSTANTINOPLE.
HUNDREDS OF HOUSES BURNED. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright Constantinople, October 22. Fires are raging in the Stamboul and Bajezid quarters near the Ministries of War and Finance and at C'umkapa, on the Sea of Marmora. Several hundred houses have already been burned. Two hundred houses, shops and mosques have been burned, and the damage is .£200,000.
