The latest suggestion is an Anglo-Russo-Turkish combination. WELSH COAL FOR ITALIAN FLEET. Received 23, 10.45 p.m. London, October 23. The Italian Government has ordered a hundred and fifty thousand tons of Welsh coal for war purposes.
