Fat pigs.—Choppers made 52s to S(is. large baconeis 00s to 78s, lighter 50s to 57s (equal to 0d per lb) ; large porkers 37s (id to 47s lid,, lighter 30s to 35s (equal to lid to o%d per lb). A medium entry of store pigs was also in active demand, large sorts making 27s to 31s sd. smaller His to 255., weaners 7s Od to 17s lid. the hitler price being for an exceptionally good line. BURNSIDE. At Burnside 230 fat cattle were yarded, these being of good quality, taken all round. At the beginning of the sale prices were a little easier than last week, but they gradually firmed, and closed on a par with rates riilm™ a week ago.
