NORTH WAIRARAPA MEETING. By Telegraph—Pres« Association. Masterton, Last Night. The annual shoot of the North Wairarapa Rifle Association was held at Fairview "range to-day. Record entries were received.* Results:— Gladstone Match, 200 yards.—G. Vennell (Tewharau), £2 and trophy, 1; E, Vennell (Tewharau) £1 10s, 2; J. T. Dagg (Opaki) and D. M. Mcintosh, 17s fid each, 3. Whakataki-Tenui Match, 500 yards.— D. M. Mcintosh, £2 and trophy, 1; T. Guerin (Knitawa) £1 10s, 2; J. McKcnzie (Opaki) £1; 3. Tewharau Match, 000 yards.—K. A. Wilton (Mauriceville), £2 and trophy, 1; P. Waldin (Kaitawa) £1 10s, 2; P. G. Wilton (Mauriceville) £l, 3. Opaki Match, 700 yards.—H. C. Jones (Opaki), £2 and trophy, 1; A. Larsen (Mauriceville) £l, 2; j. Parker (Featherston) £l, 3. Championship aggregate.—D .M. Mcintosh 128 (a record), lj H. C. Jones 2, G. Rutherford (Mauriceville) 3. Handicap Waldin 100, 1; F. Percy (Alfrcdton) 99, 2; Mcintosh 98, 3. Teams' Match—Opaki No. 1 (GOO), 1; Tewharau (507) 2, Opaki No. 2 (588) 3. The special silver cup for the best ''possible" was won by G. Vennell, with 3o at 200 yardt.
