SAUNDERS 1 BIOGRAPH PICTUEES. At the children's matinee this afternoon a complete new programme will be screened, including a number of late American ' star photo plays of an intensely thrilling nature. Amongst the stars are "The Bad Man's First Prayer" (Essanay), "Tn the Day of '4O" (an exciting A.B. reproduction), "Opportunity and the Man" (Lubin), "The Bustlers" (Sclig), and "Romance on the Lazy K" (a Lubin comedy). This is certainly a treat, and a record even for the finely diversified programmes always associated with the name of Saunders' Pictures. The four studies named are at the, very topmost pinnacle of motion picture production, and the New Plymouth public have the unique opportunity of viewing a star item by each firm on the ordinary programme at Saunders' Pictures. In addition to (he star items there are three amusing comic films. "Lottery Ticket lili," '-Unhappy Soldier Bov" ami "The Braggcr." Education, industrial and scenic pictures are all represented with "The Diver." "Cask Making," "Damascus Dress and Customs," This well varied and judiciously selected programme will be on view to-night and again Monday and Tuesday.
