The aviator Rodgers landed at Dallas, in Texas, having left Fort Worth in the ! morning and covered the distance at the rate of a mile a minute. He is confident that he will reach San Francisco. A BALLOON CARRIED OUT TO SEA. Received 21, 1 a.m. Paris, October 20. The balloon Helena, with three passengers, left St. Cloud, and was carried out to sea. The occupants were rescued after two ami a half hours in the water in mid-Channel. DEATH OK ANOTHER AVIATOR. Received 21, 1 a.m. New York, October 20. The aviator Ely fell while flying at the State Fair grounds at Macon, Georgia, and died from his injuries. He was only recently married,
