LAWN TENNIS.
The Fitzroy Lawn Tennis Club was to have opened its season yesterday on the asphalt courts, but the weather was more suitable for football, and decidedly I unpleasant for summer pastimes, so the opening was postponed till Saturday. The Park Club's lawns are now looking splendid, and it is probable that Mr. Revell will have them ready for the season to be opened on the first Thursday] in November. I
