THE SECOND DAY. By Telegraph—Prcas Association. Hastings, Yesterday. There was delightful spring weather on the second day of the show. A heavy shower fell last night, and there was a westerly gale. This abated this morning, and it was calm and fresh. The town is already full of visitors, and each train is bringing a large contingent from the country. Further championships were: Draught entire, J. Curtin's Taieri Prince; draught mare, E. Short's Hanniston Belle; Shorthorn bull, Arch. McLean's Duke of York X., with Douglas McLean's Copper King reserve champion; Shorthorn cow, Arch. McLean's Duchess of Beaufort XIV., with W. T. William's Buttercup 111. reserve champion; Polled Angus bull, F. Armstrong's Mason; Polled Angus cow, A. S. G. Carlyon's Clyde; English Leicester ram, Douglas McLean; English Leicester ewe, Douglas McLean; Romney ewe, O. Allen, black Devon boar, Paterson, Mossrnan & Co.
