BY WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Received 19, 9.50 p.m. London, October 10. Mr. Louis Harcourt's negotiations with the Marconi Company to encircle the Empire with wireless are almost completed. It is expected the system will operate within twelve months.
ACTION AGAINST MARCONI COMPANY. Received 19. 0.50 p.m. Sydney, October lfl. The Australasia Wireless Company have advised their London agents that Siemens Bros, and Cole, holders of the patent rights for Australia and New Zealand of the quenched singing spark system of wireless, have taken action against the Marconi Company for alleged infringement of their patents.
