The trouble is expected to extend to other Powell and Dtiffryn pits, involving six thousand men.
DCBLIX BAKERS' STRIKE COLLAPSES. Received 10. 10.50 p.m. London. October 10. The linkers' strike at Dublin has collapsed, many having remained on the < niployers' terms. MT. LYELL STRIKE. Sydney, October 10. Several of the Mount Lvell strikers arrived in Sydney, and most of them obtained work immediately. They state that it is practically certain that a secret ballot would result in the men favoring dropping the attitude regarding the reinstatement of White.
