SUMMARY AND FORECAST. i ___ By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast:— The barometer has risen everywhere, .-with south-westerly winds strong to gale. Cold and equally weather has prevailed. Rain has fallen in most parts of the country, and enow on the high levels. Present indications are for a steady rise in the barometer, with southerly winds, strong to gale, and cold and showery weather.
