Mackay to .T, Mackav, section 37, block 14, blmra.—Approv (d, conditionally upon the transferee taking up his residence within three months. T. Sheehv to J. F. Castle for extension of time to do improvements on section 7, block 13, Ohura.—ln the exceptional circumstances the period was extended until .January, 1!)13. The Under-Secretary for Lands advised. that it was thought preferable for boards to sanction direct transfers instead of sub-leases of sub-divisions of leases-in-perpetuity or renewable leases. —Acknowledged. The Receiver of kind Revenue forwarded a schedule of selectors ill arrears with two or more instalments of rent. —lf unpaid by 21st November Board must take action. \V. S.
