The Under-Secretary for Lands advised. that it was thought preferable for boards to sanction direct transfers instead of sub-leases of sub-divisions of leases-in-perpetuity or renewable leases. —Acknowledged. The Receiver of kind Revenue forwarded a schedule of selectors ill arrears with two or more instalments of rent. —lf unpaid by 21st November Board must take action. \V. S.
