At the Magistrate's Court this morning a young married man named Albert Victor Vinson pleaded not guilty to a charge of a iserious offence on a girl under sixteen years. He reserved his defence, and was committed for trial at the next sittings of the Supreme Court. Bail, self £2OO and two sureties of £IOO each, was allowed.
