Day, S.M., to-day mentioned the need for a place for boys intermediate between Huniliam for convicted , bad boys and homes for the merely destitute. Adjutant Middlemiss says that the Salvation Army home at Eltham is just such n place, but it is too small and is already full. He suggested that the Government should enlarge and subsidise it, the Army to run it.
