HAWERA SHOW.
The attention of all intending exhibi- j tors is drawn to the dates of the Haiwera show this year -being the Bth and 9th I November, a fortnight earlier than pre- • vious years, The Hawcra Show will i thus follow u week after the Palmerston' North show, so that southern exhibitors may send their exhibits on to Hawera and then back the following week to Wangaimii, instead of having to wait a fortnight in Palmerston for the Wanganui show. It is to be hoped that all exhibitors will avail themselves of the opportunity to visit this show, which is ' the greatest stock show on the coast. In addition to the many stock classes the Kennel Club offer a very attractive programme, and as special accommodation has this year been built for dogs, good entries are anticipated. Schedules are being freely applied for and may bo j had on application to the secretary (Mr. F. G. Treweek) or the local Agricultural Society. Entries close on Saturday, 28th October.
