TWO BOATS COLLIDE.
BANDSMEN SUFFER. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 15, 5 p.m. New York, October 14. While returning from a reception to Mr. Taft the band of the cruiser California collided with a launch in Francisco Bay. Twenty-four were thrown into the water, and one drowned.
