The socialist press condemns the scheme. RIOTS AT SWANSEA. London, October 13. The Swansea riots were renewed this evening. Burning cotton waste was thrown into a paint shop, setting fire to it in three places. The police extinguished the fire under a fusilade of stones. WARNING TO MINERS. London, October 13. Mr. T. Richards (Labor member) strongly warns extremists in the Miners' Federation against precipitating a national stoppage for the minimum wage. HOBBLE SKIRT LOCKOUT. Received 15, 5 p.m. London, October 14. The hobble, skirt lockout has been settled, the gills receiving the minimum wage.
