The Union Company's steamer Kowhaid leaves Greymouth to-night for New Plymouth, with a, cargo of coal. It will be her first visit to this port. The Kowhai is a vessel of 702 tons gross register. RARAWA'S SAILING ALTERED. Owing to Labor Day, which is a shipping holiday, falling on Monday. October 23, the Rarawa will not sail on that day, but will leave for Onehunga on Tuesday, October 24, after the arrival of the mail train. She will leave Onehunga for New Plymouth on Wednesday, October 25. THE CORINNA. The Corinna arrived from southern ports on Saturday with 924 tons of cargo, including 1223 sacks of oats, 551 f sacks, 257 hundreds and 535 fifties, of) flour, 829 sacks potatoes. 556 sacks wheat, 193 sacks grass-seed, etc., 160 sacks pollard, 150 sacks oatmeal, 239 bags .chaff, 600 bags cement (for the Public Works Department), 370 bags salt, 275 cases kerosene. !)5 cases benzine, and 100 cases and 10 casks whisky. After taking in 8000 boxes butter and 800 crates of cheese she left for Wei-' lington. OVERSEA VESSELS. FOR WELLINGTON.
