CRICKET
NORTH TARANAKI ASSOCIATION. A meeting of delegate* to the North Taranalki Cricket Association was lield last night to consider the proposed newrules submited 'by the committee appointed for that purpose. There were present: Messrs. H. H. Ward (High School), chairman, K. Bain and Napier (United Service). Paton (.Law), Williams, Nicoll and Gordon (New Plymouth), J. E. Avery (Carrington Road), and L. G. Hill, secretary. Considerable time was spent in discussing the rules, which were ultimately adopted with several amendments. Copies will be forwarded to the various clubs shortly.
