DEPARTURE OF EARL GREY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Ottawa, October 111. The last official act of Earl Grey as Governor-General was the swearingin of members of the new Borden Cabinet. Immediately after the administration of the oath His Excellency left by special train to embark at Montreal. The, new Ministers go to Quebec to be present at the arrival of the Duke of Coiinanght, who will reach Canada on Friday.
