NAPIER PARK RACKS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. The Napier Park races were held today in fine but threatening weather. There was a large attendance. The amount put through the totalisator was £10,994, compared with £11,210 for the two days' racing last year.. Results: Grecnmefidows Hack Hurdles, 1% miles.—ldealism 1, Puketotara 2, Sfcourton 3. Also started: Oullinan, Polynices, Grantcm, Shoemaker, Castleside and Suffragette. Idealism led over the last fence, and won comfortably by two lengths, a length and -a half between second and third. Time, 2min 37 4-ssec. Trial Hack Handicap, 5 furlongs.— Loch Maben 1. War Scare 2, Ngakau 3. Also started: llunaway Girl, Ranfurly, Kinby, Wee Rose, Hatua, Marble Head, Waitai, Lord Kilcheran and Stellaria. Won by a length. Time, lmin 4. l-ssec. Taradale Handicap Hurdles, 1% miles. —Windage 1, Pond Memory 2, Espartcro 3. Scratched: Napper, Te Whetu, Donzel, Leolanter and Dan Leno. Won easily by two lengths, four lengths between second and third.

Oounty Hack Handicap, 1 mile.—Meremere I, Fleet Week 2, Composed 3. Also started: Gold Circle, St. Gozo, Esmeh, Fusilea, The Nut and Bandalero. Won by half a head, third horse two lengths away. Time, lmin 44sec. Park Stakes Handicap, 1% miles.— Bobrikoff 1, Kiloyteri 2, Gohlfinder 3. Also started: Sir Antrim, Sandstream, Te Puia, Ariom, Peacemaker, Separator and Amato. Entering the straight Bobrikoff got in front and stayed there, winning in grand style by a head, a 1 length between second and third. Time, 2min 10 4-Ssec.

Juvenile Handicap, 4 furlongs.—Beldame 1, Haskyne 2, Mrs. Wiggs 3. Also started: Sir Daniel, King's Favorite, Bonibon and Daybreak. Won by three lengtlis, a length between second and third. Time, 50 2-ssec.

Dt'NEDIN JOCKEY OLUB. 'FIRST DAY. ' Dunedin, Last Night. The Dunedin Jockey Club's spring meeting opened to-day in splendid weather, and the attendance was large. The patrol stewards reported R. IT. Ellis, rider of Adjudge, for crossing in the Electric Handicap, and it was decided to caution Ellis and. inform him that a repetition would lead to the cancellation of his license. The totalisator investments were £8758 10s, which is ,€1350 ahead of last year's figures.
