SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following weather summary and foreeast:—The winds have changed to north •lid east and freshened everywhere, with decreasing barometric pressure. The weather has been warm and with increasing cloudiness. The present indications »re for the developtaent of a westerly storm area, with high northerly winds veering to westerly, cloudy and unsettled -mather prevailing, and rain is probable in most parts of the country. The barometer will probably fall everywhere.
