CASE AGAINST A CLERK PAHS.

A charge against Alfred Robert Donaldson a clerk in the employ of Ahe borough, of theft of **«■&£«* of the recent robbery at the corporation offices was investigated to-day by Mr. L • M ? u cass& r. S -M. After a le'Lthy hearing the magistrate dismissed the informatlon; stating the evidence showed nothing against accused beyond mere siwPicon. The accused was adroited to "ail m connection with two minor changes on which he was committed for trial yesterday.
