THE DULLER SEAT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wcstport, Tuesday. John Dowgray. representing the Federation of Labor, will contest the Buller seat against Mi'. Colvin. THE WALLACE SEAT. liwereargill, Last Night. Mr. Allan Cai'michael, a western district farmer, opened his campaign for the Wallace seat at Riverton. He declared himself an out and out Oppositionist, supporting the platform of the Reform Party as led by Mr. Massey. A vote of thanks and confidence was accorded the speaker.
THE EGM'OXT SEAT. A non-partisan gentleman who has recently been through the Kgmont clectorate on a business tour informs us that tlw. entering of the Minister for Agriculture info the lists is hai'ed with satisfaction by every section. Quite a number of prominent Oppositionists', he says, are actively supporting the Minister's candidature, Mr. McKen/.ie's right hand man, indeed, being nio other than Mr. Felix McOuire, for many years Opposition meVnber for the district. They are going for the man and not for the' party, and our inforantuit thinks tbe Minister's majority will lie counted in hundreds, though the light will be strenuous'.
