SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast:— Anticyclonic conditions hare continued with fine weather generally, but unsettled and showery at times in the far north and about East Cape. The winds have been generally .moderate and variable. Present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere shortly, as a low pressure area is due to pass in the south on or about Thursday. Moderate to strong easterly and northerly winds will probably prevail with mild and hazy weather and increasing cloudiness shortly. ;
