AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY
The secretary of the Taranaki Agricultural Society is already in receipt of a largo number of entries for the forthcoming show. A great number of dairy factories from outside the Taranaki district have already forwarded their entries, and as the conditions set down for the butter and cheese competitions are entirely in favor of the makers, the results should be good competitions and high grading, liutter factory managers should hare in mind that entries for the butter competition close on Saturday, October 14. Those interested in the agricultural experimental plot are requested to meet Mr. Raylis at the Society's office this evening at 7.30 o'clock.
