ENTRY OF MONARCHIST ARMY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Madrid. October 3. According to a newspaper published in Santiago de Compostella, Concern has entered Portugal at the head of four thousand men. with several guns and quickfirers. and with 120 mules. Travellers from Portugal report that the accused arrested at Oporto include two majors and several sergeants. The inhabitants of Santo Thyrso, in Northern Portugal, are parading the streets and cheering the King.
